As I’ve continued to learn about photography and its different mediums, whether it be digital or film, I’ve wanted to document my progress as a photographer. This field not only requires time and practice to grow and learn, but it also requires speaking with others who are more experienced and learning from them. Leading me to start up my website to document not only what I learn and my progress, but what others have experienced and learned. 

 

The goal of my organization is to help people learn about photography and its social impact: how photography represents real-world problems, in an honest or deceiving way, in a good and bad way, and the effect of social media on photography. My goal is also to learn and teach how what is being shown in a picture and compare it with the real story behind it.
